Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best quality products however we are happy to exchange or give you a full refund.

We can only accept an exchange if items are in it's original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and all tags and packaging must be included with gold tie around the hair bundle untouched. 
If you want to exchange an item you will need to email our customer service for the return address and further information or fill in the request in your customer account section.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
